With 20+ years in the advertising world, I’ve been lucky to work across the U.S., Brazil, and Portugal, picking up over 80 awards along the way from places like Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Effies, and more. But to me, it’s all about creating moments that really matter—ideas that cut through the noise and speak to people.

What gets me excited? It’s about honing the craft while staying true to a brand’s heart, all while pushing creative boundaries. I love starting from scratch, coming up with fresh concepts, and always looking for ways to bring something new to the table.

Leading a team is one of my favorite parts. I’m all about helping the next generation of talent grow, and I believe collaboration is key to making magic happen. Great work is always a team effort, and we learn a lot from each other.

I build strong client relationships that go beyond just delivering a brief. I see it as working together to create something that doesn’t just meet expectations but sets new ones. I thrive on connecting the dots between strategy, production, and business leadership to make it all come to life.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me spending time with my kids and soaking up the little moments. Oh, and yes, I was on a U.S. reality TV show (no, not The Bachelor—but I’ll leave you to guess which one).
